LEAD's mission is to get students to work on projects that they care about, and by doing so build the needed leadership ability. Students are supported through grants to implement their projects. Initiated in 2011, Navodyami program helps to make micro-entrepreneurship a viable proposition for successful livelihood. It enables budding individuals to build their own sustainable enterprise. Navodyami has helped build 100s successful TiE Nizamabad is established as a satellite chapter of TiE Hyderabad. It came in to existence because of the motivation of the business community in Nizamabad to learn expose themselves to modern technology and methods of entrepreneurship. Since inception, TiE Nizamabad has hosted monthly leadership talk every month. It also various programs such as industrial tour for its members, internships in their respective organisations for local youth, mentoring and guidance to local entrepreneurs.
