We offer local content created by our local community, High School and Middle School Sports, Government, local events and much more. KMVT 15 Community television shows range from politics, entertainment, cooking, music, educational and anything else you can imagine. We provide the resources you for you to create your vision and have your message heard. We offer a studio, equipment and training and the tools you need to create. Once your content is created we also provide a variety of distribution resources for your masterpiece. Content can KMVT 15 offers a wide variety of hands on training using professional production gear or you can bring in your own equipment. We offer group and individual workshops for anyone of any skill and age to enjoy. Some of our current offerings are: Studio Production, Directing, Photography, Social Media and Video blogging or request a desired area. KMVT 15 is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. Our primary funding comes from franchise fees paid by the cable companies for the cities we serve. Other funding sources include: camps, workshops, memberships and donations from YOU! There are many ways you can help support us: KMVT 15 Silicon Valley Community Media offers Digital Literacy clas*es as part of our Project Connect program. In this 7- week program we will teach the skills necessary to navigate a hyper connected world, this includes: how to write emails, attach files and docu*ents to emails, how to navigate school websites, the exploration of valuable educational resources on the internet, learn about online privacy, and KMVT 15 Silicon Valley Nonprofits delivers the tools to tell your story so you are remembered by your key audiences. We provide a landing place for Santa Clara County nonprofits to showcase your services. KMVT 15 is YOUR community media center. We are here to provide hands on training, equipment and a resource to you to express your voice over many platforms, television, the web, social media. We reach a worldwide audience.
