Here’s a quick and easy Christmas card for you today, done with the Detailed Deer Thinlits dies (matching the Dashing Deer stamping set). The little flower is also from that set. To achieve these nice Fall colors, I first inked the trees stamp with Crushed Curry ink, then I used sponge daubers and added more colors directly on the stamp. You want to add just a little of each color to create a nice combination and be able to see a little of each colors. I used Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Cajun Craze and colored the tree trunks with Soft Suede markers directly on the stamp. For the background, I used Timeless Textures stamp set to add ink splatters and a nice border around the card base. I used the Seasonal Layers Thinlits to cut the little Maple leaf and used the sponge daubers to add ink to create a nice Fall leaf.
