After the great announcement of our merger, our two, formerly independent, field service teams at the Vital Hotel Meiser in Fichtenau have come together for a two-day meeting. The meeting started with a short welcome by our board members Mr. Gerhard Blank and Mr. Christian Grams. Both emphasized the importance of the merger and the optimal additions to our sales area and product portfolio. This was followed by a detailed presentation of all department heads in order to introduce the new colleagues to the respective market strategies, new products and planned sales campaigns. In the second part of the meeting, the presentation of each sales employee and area, the regional cooperation and the presentation of the future market presence of SMS medipool took center stage. The new structure, the various business areas, the new market presence, the new image brochures and the new homepage were presented. The first sales meeting was rounded off by a bowling evening together. Here, all employees were able to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and exchange views on our first joint sales meeting.
