I bought a dehumidifier model 043-5793-0 at Canadian tire, Bathurst n.b. the machine does not pull a drop of water. the machine is only 2 years old and under normal usage. I don't found that acceptable it only last that long. the machine runs the fan but the compressor does not come on. I hope you can do something for me

J'ai acheté un deshumidificateur Garisson le 19 juin 2014,le dégivreur automatique ne fonctionne plus, il est garantie 5 ans , j'ai ma facture 219.99 $+ taxe, j'ai communiqué avec canadian tire ,ils m'ont dit de communiquer avec vous...j'ai envoyé la preuve et message le 9 et 14 mai 2019 et je n'ai toujours pas eu de reponse. Wish to submit a request for a Garrison model 042-6117-6/043-6118 de humidifier, that is not available any more. purchased at Canadian tire, Quispamsis, new Brunswick, Canada. Purchased. July the 3rd 2016, with a 5 year warranty. used 2 summers and was working great. set up the unit this week for the summer. let run for 24 hrs. checked the next day with only 1/4 inch in the bottom of the unit. Done this again the next day and had the same results. went to drain it and found that plastic housing was very hot. ! Concerned for fire so unplugged the unit. Warranty one year on Unit. 5 years on compressor. wish to submit a request for replacement. as this unit has been discontinued. called the toll free number to discuss this with a person on the other line. His accent was very hard to understand and asked him to slow down so I could understand him. he hung up on me, Very RUDE.

waiting for a reply for replacement of my humidifier from letter above for my dealer can do something for me. went to Canadian tire store for help. the manager called your hot line and they hung up on him as well. Martina requested we re submit claim again for replacement again so the store can help us out. PLEASE REPLY

Noma dehumidifier model 043-5795-6 . I purchased this unit in November 28/2019. This has to b the noisiest dehumidifier I have ever purchased. have to turn it off at night and other times during the day if you want to hear anything else other than the loud noise this unit is making. I called the # on the instruction manual and was informed to go to achumidreturns.com and fill out a form and they would get back to us with a verification to take to my local Canadian Tire where I purchased this unit from and they will exchange it for me. After searching for this web site and this is where I can only figure that this is where they meant for me to go. Hopefully this is correct but after reading the previous comments I won't hold my breath!

Bought this unit June 2018 at my local CTC store in Kincardine ON. Powered it up may 10th this year & it shows E9 error code/ replace Humidity Sensor Board. Took it to my appliance dealer who tested it & reported the sensor board was not the problem but rather the compressor was faulty & would cost more to repair than replacing it. I hope you can help me with this problem as my we cannot afford to purchase another. Thank you, Richard Bellefeuille

J'ai acheté un déshumidificateur #043-5798-0 en 2018 (servi 2 été). Il m'écrit code erreur E9. J'ai appeler au numéro sans frais j'ai attendu 1e fois une demi-heure pour me faire raccrocher la ligne quand on était supposé me transférer à un technicien. Je rappelle j'attends encore + d'une demi-heure, finalement je parle supposément à un technicien pour me faire dire qu'il n'est pas réparable. Est-ce exact ? servi environ 8 mois ce n'est vraiment pas beaucoup. En espérant une réponse de votre part. Par contre je ne pense pas racheter de produits Noma ça fait cher pour 2 saisons d'utilisation. Merci de votre attention

Have a Noma 043-5794-8 humidifier from Canadian Tire Saskatoon Preston Ave. Got it June 19 2018 in exchange for one, a Garrison that hadn't worked. Used it for 2 months in 2018 and 2 more in 2019. Worked perfectly. Turned it on 3 days ago. The fan blew cold air but no dehumidifying. Had paid attention to storage, moving and restarting instructions. Can you help. I know I may be past warrantee but I felt it should have been made to run more than 4 months total. Wouldn't you agree?

J'ai un déhumidificateur de marque Noma 043-5798-0 qui a bien fonctionné un bon bout de temps, mais là, il ne ramasse presque plus d'eau et le serpantin a l'arrière gèle. Il y a de la glace qui ce forme a la base. Il est exactement a la même place qu'avant. Donc même température, même condition. Quoi faire ?

I got a gift last Christmas a new fridge master dehumidifier when I turned it on starting to have a strange sounds inside the unit, I’m trying to contact the customer support but they are all rude. I explained I got this as a gift so no receipt I’m asking for a exchange or service which is Brand new but it’s clearly defective but they can’t provide any option to fix but still under warranty now it’s totally garbage, I avoid buying any product this company is awful.

Have had no satisfaction what so ever .Bought noma #043_5794 dehumidifier ran 1 summer and now have a machine that only gives E9 errror No support from Noma just a runaround I believe they do this so they don't have to help you. There are so many of us trying to get service ,please show me in instruction booklet where I shouldn't shut it off over winter. I think we could help alot of people if we all went on Facebook
