Great product - it is already saving me time Having only just started using it, it's pretty intuitive. My interactions with support, so far, I've streamlined communications going to business. Having ability to get as*istant to screen messages first, then ascend, as necessary, I've used Adsoup a little bit which came at the PERFECT timing for me. I just started heavily prospecting, and I was on the lookout for a simple and relatively cheap CRM - tbh, I landed on Hubspot and sort of So I set this up in about twenty minutes and have already had my first lead generated and into my pipeline. The team at Adsoup are approachable and have an excellent roadmap of features on the way. AdSoup is a great solution for me since I have customer inquiries coming from all over the place (i.e. email, FB, Live Chat, etc.). I love how this centralizes everything in one place and let's me track where my prospects are in the buying cycle. Adsoup is going to be the next SalesFlare, but mainly for B2C I'm delighted to know that the Adsoup is based in Thailand. Adsoup is an incredible app with the best customer service ever! It has a very easily learning curve for those not as tech savvy yet very powerful! I have been using multiple apps to do some of the things that this program does natively. Finally!. a comprehensive platform that fills the CRM void for SMB. Adsoup's unified messaging is a great idea and very much needed to fill the void for a comprehensive CRM for the SMB space. Mainstream CRM platforms are very often bloated, tedious, and rarely used to their fullest (too much crap). Adsoup is already a very useful product right now and it will clearly get even better. Messages from connected Facebook Pages come into the system seamlessly as do the live chats.
