Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while Jeremy is an AWESOME trainer! My mom and I love the Fit in 15 clas*es.  Love going to the boot camp clas*es! Jeremy keeps the clas*es fun yet challenging. I started my first one on one session with Jeremy today, and he erased any doubts about whether I made the right decision or not to have him help me get to a healthier, happier, place in my life.
