80% of Americans AGREE – NOW is the time for Congressional Term Limits. It was inevitable that the question would be raised, “Do you support the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution?”. Yes, I do.   Personally, I don’t own a gun, and I’m not sure if I’ll ever own a gun.    Regardless of that decision;  supporting the 2nd Amendment, to me,  Recently we have seen a lot of pressure placed on politicians and candidates who take money from the National Rifle As*ociation (NRA). The concern being that the NRA holds tremendous influence over Congressional members due to their financial support.  If that is true then why is it okay for Congress to take PAC money from… As a non-politician I have to admit that from time to time I’ve described this experience of running for Congress as “going through the looking glas*.”  As some events to me simply defy the conventions of common sense and logic….and in this case – good Nancy Pelosi has taken to the House floor to give a long-winded speech detailing the positive qualities of DACA recipients. Here’s what Nancy Pelosi and Eric Swalwell don’t understand; DACA recipients don’t want your kind words – they want action! If Ralph Waldo Emerson he would say to Nancy and Eric , “Your inaction speaks… There has been a lot of misinformation being spread around lately about the recently pas*ed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.  Some politicians have even called it a “TaxScam”… It’s  best to  start with addressing the question, “Why do we pay taxes?” We pay taxes to support the vision for our country that is established… Who do you trust most to spend your hard earned money responsibly? Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer. Let us not seek to fix the blame for the past. Let The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help. Democracy doesn't work if we constantly demonize the other...for progress to happen, we need to listen to each other, see ourselves in
