On the 8-12-2018 I had $139.71 deducted from my Visa account and again on the 22-12-2018 i had $147.58 deducted from my Visa account again,, i had applied for a trial product with the offer saying pay only for the postage. I am feeling very dissatisfied with this product and the dishonest way in which i have received and paid for it, as at no time did i apply for more of this product.. I would like a refund of my monies and am happy to return the product i received today. If this is not possible i will be taking the matter further. Regards Sheryl.

I have also cancelled my credit card . I have tried to catch up with you through facebook but was unable to. Further looking at Web feedback, I see that this is a common practice for your Company, my bank has been informed to reverse all payments and any additional charges I occur I will have no hesitation in seeking cost reparation. Any further items received by post I will not be sending back as these products were never ordered.
