Christmas Training. We are closed Christmas Day and New Years Day. There will be training on Thursday 27th December at normal times. We resume normal training on Thursday 3rd January. Next Circuit Training Monday 7th January World record breaking Halifax Harriers athlete Max Burgin added to his growing list of achievements with 800m  Gold at the European U18 Spring Hall Sports Ground is the home of Halifax Harriers. Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. 18:00 - 19:00 for Under 11s and Halifax Harriers junior section are competitive across diciplines regularly participating in Track and Field Events as well as Cross Halifax Harriers have training runs every Tuesday and Thursday for Seniors of all levels of experience and ability starting from the Cross Country, Road and Fell running. We are dedicated to encouraging participation in all these disciplines for all ages and abilities and have a dedicated program for disabled athletes. Our home base is the Spring Hall Athletics Track on Huddersfield Road, about 1 mile out At the 135th anniversary of the clubs traditional Christmas handicaps we saw an updated format introduced with men and woman running the same courses for the first time. Seniors members were able to choose between the two original courses now known as the long course and the short course. 24 members ran in soggy conditions making it the best turnout since 2004. We have a coach going to this race. Please book your seat by 3rd January Men's Bunk Barn weekend at Gras*ington 25th to 27th January. Cost is £38 which included accommadation, breakfasts and snacks. THE BUNK The 5th Annual Quiz will once again be held at The Gun Dog pub in Halifax. Further details will be published in the New Year. The Harriers Annual Dinner and Senior Presentation Evening will once again be held at The Imperial Crown, Halifax. Further details and Everyone welcome from 8 years upwards.
