Ordered trial pack and was told it would rush order. They took £151.00 from me and when I asked for the refund got 2 separate payments back but am still waiting for the rest of my money being £78.92. Where is it as package sent back and cannot be charged this amount for nothing. WHERE IS MY REFUND PLEASE, SEND IT BACK ASAP PLEASE.

I think this must be a scam as I ordered 1 bottle of Keto tabs 4 turned up then found out I can’t take them as I haven’t got a gallbladder then insult to injury you are trying to bill me another £53 on top of something I didn’t order can you inform how I can return the tabs & reimburse me the whole amount as I thought I was only paying £20.

They won’t give me a director name and address to contact but have sent a form to return tablets when they arrive so as can get a full refund,

I only wanted a trial of the Purefit Keto capsules and received 5 bottles at the cost of £151.00 instead of the £21.00 I thought. That was on 22nd January 2019. Then I received a bottle of Smart Cleanse Detox capsules of which I had not ordered and a further £ 53.00 taken from my bank account on the 21st of Feb 2019 this is not acceptable so I wish to cancel any further deliveries of both lots of capsules.
