I started looking for a flat in Kalyan but the flat’s were too costly and out of my budget. I saw some flats in Ambernath, Titwala, Asangaon, Badlapur. Some projects fitted in my budget but there were no amenities and features like garden, play area, temple and in few projects there was no proper parking area. After struggling for 3-4 years one of my friend suggested me to visit Kohinoor castles in Ambernath West. So I visited the site with my wife she liked many things in the project and hence we finalized a flat. In December 2017 we shifted here, culture over here is very good. Schools are good in the nearby vicinity and store’s for kid’s shopping are also good. As compared to others builders Kohinoor Castles is the best, we liked the construction quality and I think everyone should buy a flat in this project.” I am a owner of flat in H wing 201, 4 years back I bought this flat before that I searched flat in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai,Dombivali, Kalyan & also in Titwala but in some projects there were no amenities and in some projects budget was a constraint & some projects were in outskirts area. My brother Rahul Pandey visited this site & suggested me this project so I booked the flat. I was not planning to stay here
