we’ve recently switched to microsoft teams and i’d really like to add a “chat with me in teams” link to my signature. my colleague granted me permission to her mailbox but when i try to add it to outlook i get the following error; > cannot display the folder. microsoft outlook cannot access the > specified folder location. the operation failed. an object cannot be she double-checked the permissions and even set it to “owner” level but i still can’t access it from outlook on my computer.. reduce to, from, cc, and bcc field and bu*ton sizes in outlook for office 365. cc and bcc fields look huge now in comparison to what it was before i updated. is there any way to revert them to their normal size again? ► continue to the answer i have a very large mailbox and luckily my exchange online mailbox has a limit of 100gb so i have more than enough storage left for my however, the outlook ost-file is apparently a lot more limited as i’m getting synching errors and my ost-file is “only” around i find it odd that they support 100gb mailboxes on exchange while the recommended maximum ost-file size for outlook is still 50gb. how can i increase the limit for ost-files and make outlook support larger mailboxes? we all have these moments; you need to focus and don’t want to get distracted by anything for a longer period of time. alerts for incoming emails can be quite a distraction and those emails you thought only required a quick and short responds ended up becoming an essay or a back-and-forth conversation or just totally got you out of your rhythm. of course, you could close outlook and all other applications that generate pop-up alerts or sounds, but did you know about focus as*ist i’ve got some gif-files in outlook but they don’t animate. how can i make them work? when i performed my search query, i got some unexpected results where the words i was searching for weren’t even included in the email. upon further investigation, i found out that these words were mentioned in the attachments of those emails.
