christmas came early in our house this week. i partnered with joann and cricut and received this cricut® explore air™ 2, cobalt machines then you need to add it to your christmas list right now. the projects are limitless and i was so excited to try it out. i live in a house with four men. actually, i guess you could say it is five, if you count my dog sport. every christmas i have the same problem, and that is what to get them for christmas! my boys are tough to please and it’s hard to buy them clothes (they are picky) and electronics (they already have everything). i even struggle buying them décor items for the home. you would think that would be easy. but they just aren’t that excited about stuff for their apartments. i have decorated a lot of christmas trees. but i don’t think i have ever had this much fun decorating a tree! i am so excited to share with you my diy christmas tree that was inspired by my partnership with joann when i was asked to be a part of this amazing christmas cookie swap, i only needed to include one cookie recipe. but herein lies the problem. i don’t have just one favorite cookie recipe. i have three! so today i am sharing my three favorite cookie recipes. have definitely gotten into the christmas diy mode in a really big way. in the last week i made wrapping paper it hanging on the mantle. of course it would also look great above a door or window. i love to wrap gifts. but finding wrapping paper is sometimes hard to do. i had an idea that maybe i should make some wrapping paper this christmas. of course, i know the wrapping paper would have to fit in my red and white theme. years ago i used the styrofoam printing method to make art in my son’s elementary school clas*es. i knew someday i would find a way to use this creative printing method again. i can’t wait to see what you think. wife. mom to 3 boys. artist. blogger. rae dunn collector. sharing diy projects and affordable fa*mhouse renovation ideas for our 100 year
