I have been charged monthly for goods I did not order. I replied to a questionnaire and since Unauthorised deductions have been made from my Visa card . Further deductions will be reported to the Ombudsman and I want the deductions made credited back to my credit card

I am a 76 year old male with no interest what so ever in your products that for some reason I find i have ordered and charged for on two occasions..without delivery. I have never signed up as a customer or member. to this sight let alone have authorised payments to be charged to my Bank Account. This is FRAUD, and i will be contacting my Bank to freeze any further deductions and change my card number..and, take proceedings for fraud. My demand is that I be unsubscribed as a customer and or member immediately and that I be reimbursed for the total amount removed from my account without my authority. Signed RICHARD K T SMITH
