I had a lovely time looking for some new jumpers in the Preston store, the choice was impressive so I have purchased two,the quality is better than in most other stores on the high street-well done Next. The store assistant was lovely and friendly, very helpful .

I visited the store today as I have done on many occasions leading up to Christmas,the assistant who dealt with me in childrenswear was Susan, This lady went far beyond any other assistant i have ever known in any store,the lady was pleasant and so helpful,she ordered some of the items I needed,she was such a lovely calm lady,and in my opinion Susan is a credit to Next,and also an asset to the store,as i am 71 years old and not in good health she did most of the work for me,helped me choose certain items for the youngsters in my family,and helped me do my shopping for me,I have shopped at next for many years,I did not think people like Susan existed in many shops,I was even given a hair to sit on whilst the ordering was done,well done Next for employing people like this,

Hi, I visited your Camberley Meadows 0295 Store today and was really pissed off with having to wait to pay and go. There was only one lady at checkout with no other assistants. She told me of another pay desk at the other end of the building so I went there and found a similar situation. Customers all chatting to each other about staff shortages and having to wait so long to pay. I am not impressed. Laurence Byrne.

I visit the Bury Woodfields store at least once a week, today i had to take a garment back as was to small, the lady who looked after me was called June she was very pleasent and we had a conversation about christmas, Well done next for having pleasent and helpful staff and good quality clothes.

Unfortunately I had to return an unwanted gift today at the Liverpool Store and was under the impression that I was within date for a direct refund but apparently was only entitled to a gift card. I was disappointed as I preferred to have it taken off my credit card.I was originally served by Michelle , then Julie Wells who offered to bring the manager Steven to deal with it.He couldn't have been kinder and all were most pleasant and helpful and resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction - I left very impressed with the service received thankyou all

Was in East Kilbride discount store and the assistant was really helpful, ordered an item of the web site for me, will miss the shop when it shuts as I regularly visit it and pick up bargains, the staff are always helpful and really pleasant, will be sorry when it closes.

Visited Next on line and saw a dress I liked so decided to call in at the shop on the Moor Sheffield found the dress tried it on and I was very pleased so purchased it. The young assistant on the cash till was very pleasant and polite will visit again.

I went to the Next store in Martlesham Heath, on the outskirts of Ipswich this morning in search of socks and pants for my 10 year old twins. ( I was given express instruction by my daughter that there were to be NO UNICORNS! ) Finding non unicorn knickers of the right size was not easy until Sue came to my assistance. She cheerfully went off to some far flung store-room and returned with just the right thing. She could not have been more helpful. Thank you Sue.

I was in Next store in Grithetmsby-Freshney on Sunday 22nd September looking for a skirt which had been advertised in Bella magazine I could not find it so I asked at the sales counter about it when I was paying for an anorak I had tried on there were 2 girls on so I showed them the picture and straightaway they were on the internet to find it and they did they also ordered it for me and was sent to my local Next store Boston,lovely skirt so thank you to Lily and Nat who were really nice and helpful.
