The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds. I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness and the lovely staff… Room was very well appointed. The reception staff super friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu looked very tempting. Very Good breakfast and dinner with plenty of choices. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the near future No hesitation in recommending this hotel for beautiful place, away from the busy main road. Although the road is not in a good condition towards the hotel however the ambience and peoples of Pine Haven’s are excellent. Hospitality is awesome, although there is not many option in the food. You have to ordered among the option available on that very day. All the staffs are friendly, specially Ms. Manisha and guitarist Rupen. One more thing a bit more professionalism is required from the booking staff located in Darjeeling. One can book vehicles of local driver’s at a reasonable maintained. Beautiful scenic beauty of the mountains may be seen in a sunny morning, otherwise, one can also enjoy the sound of the nature in a foggy, misty day.
