I am writing to the customer service department to expose a very important and serious complaint that has caused me a great disgust. I am a deaf person with DNI 39666668V Spanish and resident in Madrid Francisco Santos street 25-4ªE - 28028 Madrid. My first surprise is not me receive notice of ordering this product by email while they charge me € 100.87 on date 11/09/2018 with my card 5351207808982032 at their expense but I do not ask anything with this card, please return this money, I think it is abusive or fraud. My second surprise the same thing happened in the first surprise, so I clarify insurance fraud certainly on 9/10/2018 for an amount of € 100.78, please give me back this money, in total adding € 201.74. Moments deceived me twice. Without another particular and waiting for quick response in writing from the address of your company.

You have withdrawn 2x amounts, totaling $295.52 for services or products that I have not authorised or requested. I have only paid for shipping fees on a sample product that was otherwise for FREE!! Seriously I want all the funds repaid asap....I will allow 2 weeks for return of all monies before I employ legal action through appropriate authorities within the Weelaglow Company location. Be warn...be very afraid I will take more than persistent necessary action without hesitation.
