I was just recently terminated from NFM because of escalating personal drama amongst Blake Minor, Sarah Sempeck, and Pheonix Baker. There is a conflict of interest with Maureen Williams being in the HR dept and her sister Sarah Sempeck in the Contract Builder Sales dept. The three of these people sit for several hours all day every day in Sarah's cubile discussing personal matters ranging from their spouse and boyfriends pets to health issues very loudly in front of customers and other staff while theyre trying to engage in business of even during what should be down time. This goes on all day. It has been mentioned to Heath Bartles the manager and there has been something said about it but they go right back to doing it. The contract builder sales department is for the most a professional environment but these employees seem to want to erode that professionalism. Issues with customer result in complaining after each phone call and or having to share information about almost each and every transaction that takes place and they have been in that dept for over a year. Isolating me because I do NOT want to take part in discussing their personal lives to that extent has resulted and developed in to tension. The above mentioned and also Jean Dockweiler has insisted on complaining about every pay check she gets because she feel that she is being overcharged on insurance and it is unfair that any of the other staff do not pay as much as she does. Sarah then says she wishes there was something she could do for Jean...I asked if there was any kind of point system they could bring in and she said there was but it was extensive and it would automatically double everyone's insurance...I then recommended that that would not be a good idea as it would effect our competitiveness and upset people. They did it anyway. There are some very hurt feeling at NFM. Combined with all these issues I sent an email to Tony Boldt and he asked me to come to his office and I explained my concerns as to all the supposed trips to the ER that may have been able to be resolved by going to the Urgent Care by Sarah Sempeck and then Jean had something similar where she was sending her daughter Charlie Dockweiler to the Dr over the slightest thing. Seemingly this appears to be some way of getting attention and having a negative impact on the NFM. I absolutely loved my job, NFM and that department. But these actions and oversights were too intrusive to be avoided. I made my quotas for 10+ years in the same dept. I would like to be reconsidered for my position with some stipulations for change in the environment. They are doing well on their apartment complexes but the manager has little interest in our builder community and establishing those relationships. The Builder Night that was designed for the Builders, we no longer do and when we did they showed up in football jerseys. Russ Schwartz was suddenly moved to a different department and the Warehouse manager brought in so I feel that there is no one else to go to. If you have any further questions for me I can be reached at 402 669-7774.
