Freaking rip off. The charged about $90.00 for each item. Never again!
Cancel my subscription and or my order. Stop taking 10.00 a month. I’m a dude that does not use that stuff.
I cannot even give this company one star because their customer service representatives do not listen to what the customer would like. I ordered one product and ended up getting charged for 3 things that I did not order. When I called customer service I explained that I wanted a refund for all of the products and did not want any sent to me. Well, they did not listen. The girl voided the one charge but then did not take off the rest of the charges so now I am getting the sample products that I asked not to be sent to me and refunded. Then, when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager was told they are not available. I asked for the name and was told that she could not give me any of their names. This company is just trying to scam people out of their money.
I am requesting that, if I have and active account with Ravenshoewrinkle, it be immediately discontinued.
Please discontinue my account with your products asap.
