I have two 'preauthorized" charges to my cap1 card that I did not authorize. I would like the money returned to my account. The amounts are $94.97 and $88.97. Dec. 1. 2019 I was excited to begin with the product, now I am totally deflated and just want my money back. If I missed something in the fine print or payment plans, I apologize and I hope you understand that to a lot of us $183.76 is a lot of money. Please help me out here. Paul

I didn't order anything from you and you are trying to debit my credit card for $99.94. I will be contesting this charge and reporting you to Capital One. You advertise free sample only pay shipping and then you use people's credit card numbers and put charges on there account. By the way making a phone call is a joke was on hold for an hour and never received a call back
