I have no record of financial commitment to wellaglow via internet subscription other than viewing available printed alternate medical book that was not available in Australia, New Zealand, Germany or Belgium....however I have had two (2) unauthorised Bank Account withdrawals with no notice from your company for the following Transactions:- 1. 22 Dec 2018 WELLAGLOWCUSTOMER.COM $139.53 ONLINE GB GBR Card xx1731 GBF 79.98 Value Date_19/12/2018 22 Dec 2018 International Transaction Fee $4.19 Value Date_19/12/2018 2. 05 Jan 2019 WELLAGLOWCUSTOMER.COM $147.38 ONLINE GB GBR Card xx1731 GBF 81.03 Value Date_02/01/2019 05 Jan 2019 International Transaction Fee $4.42 Value Date_02/01/2019 TOTAL UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS $295.52 I request return of all the above withdrawal fees Totaling $295.52 as I am on a Disabled Pensioners Allowance. Due to your actions I am in Financial Hardship & I am unable to meet my current Utility Services charges for Electricity & Gas.....Not to mention other Fees & Charges for Rent & Water.
